Kapil Sharma, the Mumbai-based Graphic Designer, is the next artist to envision the upcoming chapter of 69, the autobiographical graphic novel based on Karthik Ramachandran‘s life.
The subject matter of the graphical novel is inspired by the complex life of Karthik. Each chapter elaborates a significant experience from Karthik’s life; each chapter is visualized and illustrated by a new artist. The 4th chapter that’s going to be unveiled at False Ceiling will be illustrated by Kapil Sharma, a visual artist and close collaborator of Karthik.
Kapil Sharma hails from a family known for their miniature artwork in Rajashthan; his ancestors have been painting the backdrops of popular temples of the city. Kapil capitalizes on his traditional roots to create breathtaking visuals for a modern era. He currently works at Studiofunc as an independent Graphic Designer and Visual Artist.
